One Wirral is proud to provide care for patients at Leasowe Medical Practice. Since taking over the practice in April, we’ve been working hard to strengthen our team, improve our services, and provide safe, high-quality care for our community.

While we’ve already made a number of positive changes, we’re committed to continually improving the way we deliver our services. We’ll keep listening to patient feedback, reviewing how we work, and making changes that help us provide the best possible experience for our patients.

Visit the practice to learn how to use the NHS App to order prescriptions, view test results and medical records, and manage appointments. We’ll also show you how to use PATCHS to contact the practice online for medical advice, sick notes and prescription queries, any time, day or night.

Using the NHS App and PATCHS makes it quicker and easier to access our services and helps direct your request to the right member of our team.
