New chlamydia campaign launched Cost of living newsletter from Citizens Advice Wirral Reducing medicines waste – only order what you need
Welcome to Leasowe Medical Practice
One Wirral are pleased to be caring for patients at Leasowe Medical Practice. We are here to support you and your family and to build on what is already working well.
Over the next few months, you may notice some changes. We will be taking time to understand how the practice works and where we can make things better. Our aim is to make sure care is safe, works well, and meets national standards.
We are also adding new staff to the team. Dr Lesley Hodgeson will be working on Thursdays. This means patients, including women and girls, can choose to see a female GP if they prefer. A new Practice Nurse will join in May. Adam Francis, our Clinical Pharmacist, will help patients with their medicines.
We will be training our team to improve how we speak with patients, answer questions, and manage appointments and messages.
We may contact you to check or update your personal details. Keeping this information accurate helps us provide safe care and the right treatment.
Some changes will take time, but we are committed to making steady, meaningful improvements. Your feedback is important to us, and we welcome your ideas as we move forward together.
